How do I buy products online?
A: You can either select to purchase
directly from each product page or you can go to the online
catalog and select products to add to your shopping cart?

Q: Do
I have to pay online?
A: Most orders
will be required to pay online. We periodically send out
special mailings where payment by check or invoice is appropriate.
If you are a lender, insurance agent, title company, real estate
agent, or other frequent customer we may entertain opening an
account upon request.

Q: Can
I purchase several elevation certificates at once?
A: Yes.
However, you must fill out separate application information for
each property. This is also true for adjoining units on a single
plat.

Q: Can
I check my order status online?
A: Yes. After
placing an order online, you will receive an email that confirms
the order and you may return to the website and login to check your order status at
any time.

Q:
Is my personal information secure?
A: Yes. The
billing information you enter to complete any
transaction is protected by Verisign. When you complete your purchase, you should see an
icon at the bottom of your screen indicating that you have
entered the secure portion of the site.

Q:
Do you use cookies to collect personal
information?
A: If you have cookies enabled on your computer, some
information will be collected and saved when you login if you
indicate automatic login. Otherwise although cookies will not be
used, you must have cookies enabled for the order process to
complete properly.

Q:
I am a lender or real estate agent. Can
I open an account to track my information and check the status of
several orders at once?
A: Yes. Select
the Sign In link on the left-hand side of the
screen from any page on daramengineers.com
to create your account and save your billing and mailing
information. On your next login, you will be able to check the
status of all previous orders and to purchase additional
products using your saved information.

if I lose my user name and password?
A: Please

Because we will need to reset your password, be sure to include a
phone or fax number where you can be reached or specify that you
would like to receive the new password by email. NOTE: We
cannot guarantee the security of passwords sent to you by email.
